Lizy is a psychotherapist who works with trauma, grief, sexual harm, anxiety, depression and personality disorders. She provides a calm and reflective space for clients to examine both their inner world and their agency in the world. She aims to offer her clients a combination of challenge, compassion and psychodynamic insight.
Lizy is available to see clients 18 and older and has experience with neurodiversity and rainbow identified people. She is also registered to work with ACC sensitive claims.
